Gregory helps seniors and their families with Elder Law and Health Care Planning issues, including Medicaid, Medicare, Social Security, Nursing Home issues and planning for disability. He also helps individuals and families preserve their assets with estate planning through the use of wills, trusts and gifting programs. Gregory also counsels clients through the Probate and Estate Administration process.

In addition, Gregory has recently expanded his practice to include Real Estate, Land Use and Zoning and Construction Law, helping clients obtain permits and zoning approvals for construction projects and other business needs. Gregory's background in telecommunications zoning and project management enables him to assist clients in this area.

Greg earned his law degree and Master of Business Administration in 2000 from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law and Cleveland State University, respectively. He received his B.A. from Muskingum College in 1994.

Rebecca assists entrepreneurs in starting their businesses, whether an LLC, partnership, corporation, etc. She focuses her counseling on business and corporate law, particularly in the area of contracts. Rebecca also handles contract disputes. In addition, she advises business clients regarding leasing, intellectual property and e-commerce issues.

Rebecca earned her law degree in 1999 from Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. She received her B.B.A. from Ohio University in 1996.
